Countertop Mix
Z Counterform Concrete Countertop Mix is a pre-blended, all in one, high strength castable, white concrete mix designed for the creation of concrete countertops and much more. It offers the very best blend of white sand and marble aggregates, white Portland cement and proprietary admixtures to ensure no curling, shrinking or deformation.
Square Edge Forms
The Square Edge Z Counterform system is ideal for cast-in-place concrete countertops where a clean flat edge profile is desired. Full Box of forms include 8 profile and 8 back-wall pieces. Half box includes 4 profile and 4 back-wall pieces. All other forms can be bought through special order.
Counter-Patch
Z Counter-Patch is a specially formulated cement patch mix. Fine and fortified, Z Counter-Patch is the quickest and easiest way to fill the voids that occasionally appear in your countertop edges. Counter-patch comes in white and can be easily color matched.
Z Clips
Z Clips are used to hold the fiberglass mesh securely at the appropriate height for cast-in-place Z Counterforms countertops. These are fastened with a #10 x 5/8" panhead screw.
Fiberglass Mesh
FG50 is an alkali resistent fiberglass mesh for reinforcing concrete products. When used in conjunction with Z Clips, it is the perfect reinforcement for cast-in-place concrete countertops. Comes on 2' wide roll - perfect for countertops.
